HEAD CHEF
From the coastal region of Tunisia where she was born, Chef Sourour incorporates her natural understanding of authentic Tunisian and south Mediterannean ingredients whit her passion for cooking to create for you a truly unique experience.
Sourour began her culinary career by obtaining a Diploma in Culinary arts and Pastry, Then, she worked as an apprentice to some best known French and Italian chefs
She opened Sherazade Delivery restaurant in August 2013, with resulted in extensive critical acclaim for his masterfully created Mediterannean fusion cuisine. Sourour's creation are always made with authentic Tunisian, Mediterannean ingredients, many directly imported from Tunisia and Italy, to enhance the true taste his amazing cuisine. Her love and respect for great foot is the cornerstone of her menus and reputation.

Provides leadership and assistance to the General Manager to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. A knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards.
